SPEECH TOPIC: Own choice

DURATION OF SPEECH: 3 minutes

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. Gather the information and organize the facts into a well-constructed speech.
2. Your speech must be discursive and persuasive, not merely providing information.
3. Keep your speech lively and light-hearted.
4. It is essential that you write your own speech.
5. KNOW YOUR SPEECH!!!

NB: Should you be chosen as one of the top five speakers in your grade, you will be notified by your English teacher.  The finals will take place on 21 February.
